Laila Daniel

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor | NC & TX, CCMHC, BC-TMH

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigating relationships, identity, and life transitions.

I work with people who are successful on the outside—but internally feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or aware that something isn’t working the way it used to.

I specialize in working with couples and high-functioning individuals who are ready for meaningful, lasting change—not just temporary relief.

As a Gottman Method (Level 3) trained therapist, I use a structured, evidence-based approach to help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect in a deeper, more sustainable way.

My style is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I don’t believe in passive therapy—I focus on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while giving you practical ways to move forward.

When appropriate, I integrate a broader perspective that recognizes the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

You don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns. Change is possible—with the right structure, support, and intention.
