90-Minute Private Sessions For Couples

For some individuals and couples, weekly on-going sessions work best. Scheduled weekly, ongoing sessions allow you to learn to talk about difficult things in a safe, connected setting while being supported and guided through the difficulties in the relationship as they come up week to week. This regular contact allows time for couples to try out and practice new tools and skills and get help in fine-tuning glitches along the way. In regular sessions, we will create a structure specifically for you to gain safety, connection and passion again in your life and relationships.

It’s simple, informative, affordable and based on many years of research as to what makes relationships succeed or fail. For some couples this is a useful way to organize the work you’ll do in your therapy sessions. You will be asked to respond to about 480 questions covering:
